About UsIt is the responsibility of Caroline County Board of Elections to oversee the conduct of all Federal, State and local elections held in Caroline County, in accordance with the Constitution of the United States, Election Law of the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) and the Federal Help America Vote Act. Office StaffThe office is staffed with the Election Director, Allison Murphy, Tammy Willis, Election Supervisor, and Debra Brohawn, Election Data Application Specialist.Board MembersThe Caroline County Board of Elections is made up of five Board Members appointed by the Governor for a term of four years. Three members are of the Governor's party and two members are of the principal opposition party. Since our current Governor is a Republican, the Board is made up of three Republican members and two Democratic members.The current board members are:
